Two designers, one large city, one small town, 24 hours. This newspaper is the culmination of our combined experiences on the same day in two disparate environments.
As we collected documentation of our experiences, we noted the inherent nature of memory and its cinematic nature as opposed to a factual one.
We drew from personal reflections on the concept of memory, and used excerpts in addition to manipulated images captured in the designated time period as content to create a conversation about the nature of memory throughout the publication.
