Your Only Friend DC is a sandwich bar (the unification of a cocktail bar and sandwich shop) envisioned by Paul Taylor and Sherra Kurtz. Their recipes are all about combining unexpected flavors, adding in a healthy dose of nostalgia, and bringing it all together into something completely new.
They needed a branding to match that very essence of fun, nostalgia, and community, so we set out to create some "friends" that would center the brand. Taking inspiration from midcentury advertisements and old diner design, we set out to create a bright, inviting lockup.
